What promoters ask us
How much does it cost?
Nothing for you: no setup fees and no monthly fees. Fans pay one 9.5% booking fee on top of your ticket price, which covers card processing too, and you get 100% of your ticket price, paid weekly. Prefer fans to pay exactly your price? You can absorb the fee instead. Paid tickets start at JMD 2,000; free tickets are fine too.
When do I get paid?
Money from each event becomes available a few days after it ends and goes to your bank on our weekly payout. Your finance page shows what's sold, pending and paid at any time.
Can fans pay with Jamaican cards?
Yes. Prices are shown in JMD, all-in, and card payments are processed securely by WiPay.
Do I need scanners or special equipment?
No. Any smartphone becomes a scanner with our free app, and it keeps working if the signal drops at the venue.
Can I sell on my own website?
Yes. Add our ticket widget in your own logo and colours. You can sell on TicketPlugJA and your site, or only on your site.
What about refunds or cancelling?
You set your refund policy and fans request refunds online. If an event is cancelled, every buyer is refunded automatically.
How do I get started?
Send us a message or create an organizer account. We verify every organizer, usually within two business days, then you can publish your event.
